By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Canvasly Studio produces made-to-order oil portraits from photos you upload. You must own the rights to any photos you submit, or have permission to use them.
Each portrait is rendered uniquely for you. You retain the rights to the photo you upload. The rendered portrait is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We may use anonymized samples to improve our pipeline.
Gallery images and artwork previews published by Canvasly Studio are protected by copyright unless a specific image says otherwise. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Customers keep the rights to their source photographs; commissioned portraits are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Contact the studio for image-licensing requests.
Once you approve a proof and pay, we begin production. If you're not happy with the printed result, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
You're responsible for the email address linked to your account. Anyone with access to your password or connected identity provider can sign in. You can delete your account from the account page at any time.
