If the portrait isn't right, we make it right.
Tell us within thirty days of delivery — a reprint, a refund, your call. Post the painting back to the studio; the return postage is the only part you pay. Once it lands, we take it from there.
Damaged in transit? Photograph the box and the painting within a week and we reproduce the order, free, no return required.
Sunlight is the one thing varnish cannot fight. Hang yours out of direct sun and it will outlast the wall.
