What we collect

• Your email address (required to sign in).
• Your name (optional, only if you provide it).
• The photos you upload, and the portraits we render for you.
• Order details and shipping address for fulfilled orders.

How we use it

We use your data only to render and ship the portrait you ordered, to contact you about orders, and to improve our pipeline (via anonymized samples). We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train external models.

Storage and providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payments, and cloud-hosted image-generation services to render proofs. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

Your rights

You can delete your account and associated photos at any time from the account page. Email us at thecanvaslystudio@gmail.com with any privacy questions or data-removal requests.
